Molly Beyer - Owner and Founder, Bookkeeper, Consultant
Molly is a long-time food service manager who shifted careers in the late 2000s after receiving her Master’s of Business Administration and Master’s Certificate in Accounting (equivalent). Through her career she has been a certified tax preparer, a business consultant, a manager, and has worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, contract compliance, and administration. With these experiences over more than twenty years in varied industries, Molly is able to quickly identify relevant patterns and issues while creating alternate ways to proceed - offering client support beyond basic bookkeeping.
What she says about herself: “I am really just a big nerd who plays with spreadsheets in my spare time and gets super excited about financial reports, balanced books, and reducing costs.”
Cynthia Franklin - Bookkeeping Manager
Cynthia gained her experience while working 33 years with the State of Louisiana Department of Revenue as a Tax Specialist and Tax Specialist Supervisor over the Economic Development Unit. Her experiences in these roles have given her an expert level of attention to detail and an eye for things that are out of place and she is very passionate about helping business owners succeed. She has completed certification as a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and received certification in the Bookkeeper Business Launch course. When she’s not working Cynthia loves spending time with family and traveling.
Kim Guldi - Staff Bookkeeper
Prior to bookkeeping, Kim worked in the legal world as an administrative assistant. She has been a home educator for 16 years, successfully graduating two of her four daughters, with the younger two well on their way. She trained through the Bookkeeper Launch program in 2017 and has gained experience since in many different industries. She is a Xero Advisor and an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She has a love of organization and numbers that, paired with her eye for detail and accuracy, will ensure a solid foundation for any business’ bookkeeping. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, watching college football, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
Terry Mentzer - Staff Bookkeeper
Terry comes to us with 20 years of experience in the Financial Industry. She started as a Teller and moved up through the bank filling roles as IT Manager which involved project management, Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Head of Operations and Cashier (CFO). While working for the bank, she wore many hats and learned to juggle a lot of different duties. She also lived and worked on a ranch with her husband and his family and managed the books for the ranch and his side business. She is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and earned her certificate in Bookkeeper Business Launch in 2021. Since changing her career from banking to bookkeeping, she has gained considerable experience in multiple industries. She takes pride in paying attention to details, being accurate in her work and looks forward to helping small businesses succeed. In her spare time, she can be found reading, quilting and machine embroidery, spending time with family and helping her husband with his Metal Fabrication/Repair Business.
